Dr. Scott Schmitt joined the Allied Healthcare team in 2022, bringing with him over two decades of experience in psychiatric care. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University and earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

Dr. Schmitt completed his residency training at the prestigious Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic (part of UPMC). Prior to establishing his long-term practice in Ohio in 1998, he gained diverse clinical experience working in both private and public mental health settings across Alaska and New York.
